Project Description:

This is a new 105,259 square foot single story facility located on the TSTC Ft. Bend campus in Rosenberg, Texas. This new facility will provide space to expand the TSTC Ft. Bend automotive technology, automotive collision/repair and diesel mechanics programs. Included in the facility will be 3 major teaching areas as follows: new space for automotive collision/repair including 36 teaching bays, new space for automotive technology including 44 teaching bays, and new space for diesel mechanics including approximately 25 new teaching bays. All of the teaching areas will also be equipped with necessary support spaces, (tool storage, restrooms, etc.), as well as circulation space for moving equipment and vehicles into and out of the teaching areas. The new facility will also provide instructor and administrative offices, as well as an entry lobby, public gathering areas, and necessary outdoor storage and site amenities.

Program Management Services Provided, Roles & Responsibilities:

Project management services from design through construction and project close-out/warranty in support of TSTC Facilities Planning and Construction project management personnel. Prolego will assist with plan reviews, budget and schedule review and maintenance, field inspections, QA/QC, field coordination with the campus, and general consultation with TSTC personnel on the overall condition and progress of this project.
