Prolégo’s role on Phase I was the oversight of design and construction of the following scope of work:

• Modify the existing building to accommodate modifications to the existing Baggage Handling System (BHS) Sortation System
• Relocation of existing electrical corridor
• Construction of a new power station
• Installation of new ramp/runway lighting
• Installation of new IT Backbone system
• Construction of new IT Rooms

Prolégo is the Program Manager on the AAA Program Management Office (PMO) team to provide the following services:

• Assist AAA team through the design process.  Make recommendations to the AAA Program Management Office (PMO) for design compliance to TSA’s PGDS, and US-CBP requirements.
• Assist AAA in the development of a 30% design build tender packages.
• Oversight of the RFP process to choose the right BHS contractor for the program.
• Work with AAA and the selected Baggage Handling System Contractor (BHSC), during the design submittal phase (30% to 100% construction documents) to ensure the system design meets AAA operational needs and the requirements of TSA and US-CBP.
• Assist AAA in the development of an O&M program for the BHS/CBIS system, including identifying staffing requirements.
