Matt Daniel, LEED AP

Corporate Vice President & General Manager

Matt is a 40-year veteran of the construction industry. He holds a B.S. in Building Construction from Texas A&M University. He has worked on more than $3 billion in projects across multiple market sectors including aviation, healthcare, higher education, K-12, federal, commercial, hospitality, industrial and science & technology. Matt has had roles in estimating, field operations, sales/account development, and in business unit management. He currently serves as Corporate Vice President and is actively engaged in the daily management of Prolego.

Matt Russell

Vice President, Operations Manager

Matt has extensive experience in project management and construction management in the aviation industry for system design and design review, electrical and mechanical installation, system controls, quality assurance, MRO and industrial materials handling systems. Matt is currently a member of the TSA’s Office of Security Capabilities (OSC) Committee. He has more than 24 years of experience and holds a B.S in Wildlife Management from Texas A&M University. Matt will assist clients with design review, value engineering, cost estimating, construction management, quality control, testing and commissioning, operational training and project closeout.

Russ Wallace, CCM

Senior Program Executive

Russ Wallace has served 41 years in the architectural and construction management industry and is one of the most experienced public education facilities management executives in Texas. He has consistently sought to leverage his expertise in facilities management practices with innovative business practices to develop organizations that are recognized in the industry as client-focused, technically competent and results oriented.

Russ was formerly Chief Facilities Officer for the Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning & Construction. He was responsible for all aspects of planning, budgeting, design and construction of the A&M System’s facilities, planning and construction program. During his 14 years at TAMUS, Russ oversaw the completion of 295 projects totaling more than $9 billion. Prior to joining TAMUS, he served as Director of Facilities Design & Construction of Clear Creek ISD in League City, Texas. He was responsible for oversight and implementation of the district’s 2004 and 2007 facilities bond programs that included more than 35 projects totaling $447 million.

In addition to his B.S. in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University, Russ earned his M.B.A. from University of Houston-Clear Lake.

Tim Richard, AIA

Senior Program Executive

With over 35 years of industry experience, Tim is a seasoned program/construction management professional as well as a registered architect in both Texas and Louisiana. He began his career as an architect with world class architectural firms such as SOM and CRSS before transitioning into program/construction management. He attributes his success to his core beliefs in establishing and implementing quality, safety, and performance standards across multiple, concurrent projects. He utilizes his design management expertise to ensure conformance and completeness of design documents with educational specifications to keep design schedules on track and under budget. His core focus is in directing successful major K-12 bond programs. With a broad portfolio of experience, Tim is a proven leader with an ability to drive project/program success through construction and closeout.

Amanda Graham

Director, Business Development

Amanda is an experienced Director of Business Development with over 30 years of experience in staff augmentation, corporate real estate, IT consulting, and program management on K-12 builds. She currently leads the business development efforts for Prolégo Consulting Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Satterfield & Pontikes Construction Company.

Amanda‘s expertise in developing strategic initiatives has helped her deliver significant savings for clients in the education industry. Her experience working hand in hand with clients has allowed her to successfully meet their objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Amanda is a graduate of Leadership North Houston and attended Sam Houston State University, She is dedicated to using her experience and expertise to make a difference in the K-12 education sector.

David Klann, LSSGB

Project Executive

David has extensive experience as a program manager, senior project manager, and controls project manager in the Construction, Material Handling, Baggage Handling & Automotive industries.  David’s bottom-to-top experience and knowledge of all aspects of a project’s life cycle has been proven in the numerous successful projects he and his teams have accomplished over a 30+ year career, he holds a Bachelor of Business in Business Computer Systems from Eastern Michigan University and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

As a US Army Veteran, David has developed the skills to foster relationships within a team, and with each customer, to build a foundation of trust, respect, and common goals for success.   He ensures all stakeholders feel a sense of ownership in all aspects of his projects while creating an environment that promotes professional growth and inspires the uniqueness of each individual team member.

Mark Dinius

Director, Technology

Mark’s experience is concentrated in aviation projects, including Delta Airlines $6B terminal renovations and expansions in Los Angeles and LaGuardia Airports. He is skilled in construction management, cost and schedule control, quality assurance and quality control, testing and commissioning and project close-out. Mark ensures that each project is well planned to be seamlessly executed and delivered within schedule and budget constraints. With more than 15 years of experience and a B.S. in Construction Management from Purdue University, he brings value to every project he works on.
