With over 42 years of industry experience, Tim is a seasoned program/construction management professional as well as a registered architect in both Texas and Louisiana. He began his career as an architect with world class architectural firms such as SOM and CRSS before transitioning into program/construction management. He attributes his success to his core beliefs in establishing and implementing quality, safety, and performance standards across multiple, concurrent projects. He utilizes his design management expertise to ensure conformance and completeness of design documents with educational specifications to keep design schedules on track and under budget. His core focus is in directing successful major K-12 bond programs. With a broad portfolio of experience, Tim is a proven leader with an ability to drive project/program success through construction and closeout.
