Over his career, Allen has managed concept planning, design  document & engineering process, multi-discipline design coordination, contractor bid/evaluate & award process, construction site setup planning, installation oversight, design & construction change directives, financial reviews and approvals, testing/commissioning & certification, field inspections, and project closeout.
