Prolégo has been named Program Manager of a multi-project bond program for Angleton ISD. These projects are part of the significant $196,250,000 November 2022 Bond Package. Prolégo was awarded the project at the November Board meeting.
“It was a very close race between the 3 program management companies competing” says Angleton ISD Superintendent Phil Edwards. “We feel they are the best company to help Angleton ISD succeed.”
Projects consist of the 7th elementary school campus, a 2nd junior high school campus and improvements to the existing middle school and elementary schools.
As part of the program, Prolégo will also oversee the demolition & renovations, which includes the demo of the old transportation bus yard, repairing the Marshall Memorial, renovating the Marshall Building, and renovating parts of the old junior high school. PBK is Angleton ISD’s 2022 Bond Program Architect.
“We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Angleton ISD on this important project,” says Prolégo Senior Program Executive Tim Richard. “Our team is committed to delivering high-quality facilities that will support the district’s goals for years to come. We’re also excited to work with PBK on this bond program, and we’re confident that our combined expertise will result in successful outcomes for Angleton ISD.”
