PROLÉGO JOINS MIDWESTERN STATE UNIVERSITY TO BREAK GROUND ON BOLIN SCIENCE HALL RENOVATIONS AND EXPANSION

Prolégo was honored to participate in the recent groundbreaking ceremony for the renovations and expansion of Bolin Science Hall at Midwestern State University (MSU Texas), a member of the Texas Tech University System. The event was attended by Texas Tech University System Board of Regents and administrators, Texas legislators, MSU Texas officials and members of the James N. McCoy Foundation.

Located at the MSU Texas campus in Wichita Falls, Texas, the Bolin Science Hall project was mostly funded by the 88thTexas Legislature’s approval of Senate Bill 52 (CCAP funding). The James N McCoy Foundation also provided initial funding for the project.

The completed Bolin Hall project will address the needs of MSU’s math and science departments and will include a partial renovation of 55,000 square-feet of the existing building with the expansion providing an additional 21,000 square-feet.

As the Construction Manager Agent for the University, Prolégo is providing Project Oversight which includes project controls and reporting, and full-time, on-site field observation/QC services throughout the construction phase of work.

“Beyond the ceremonial groundbreaking activities, this event emphasizes our commitment to uphold the highest construction standards throughout every phase of the project,” says Prolégo Corporate Vice President and General Manager, Matt Daniel. “We are excited to be a part of the MSU Texas vision of forging pathways for experiential learning beyond the campus.”

Prolégo is also very proud to partner with Corgan and Whiting-Turner on this exciting project.

Congratulations to our friends at MSU Texas!
