With more than three decades of experience spanning public education, higher education, state government, and nonprofit organizations, Tim brings a wealth of expertise to the senior vice president role. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of the Uvalde Moving Forward Foundation, where he coordinated efforts to raise more than $60 million to support the design and construction of Legacy Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. He also held leadership roles with the Charles Butt Foundation, Raise Your Hand Texas, the Texas Education Agency, and as Superintendent of Cleburne ISD. In his role as senior vice president, Tim helps clients navigate strategic capital programs, organizational challenges, and long-term planning initiatives through Prolégo’s advisory, program management, and owner representation services.
