Janelle brings over 13 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry. Formerly serving as the Business Development Manager at Skanska, Janelle played a pivotal role in driving growth and success for the company. She spearheaded the business development and pursuit strategy for an annual pipeline of approximately $100 million in total project contract values for the region. Among her significant achievements, Janelle directed the pursuit strategy for prestigious institutions such as Texas A&M University System and Rice University, further solidifying her reputation as a trusted partner for major educational clients.

Janelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from DePaul University. She is a FAA Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot and USGBC LEED Green Associate. Janelle is on the Communications Committee of the Construction Owners Association of America.
