Prolégo is proud to be providing Construction Management Services (CMS) for Texas State Technical College’s CCAP Building Project at their Fort Bend Campus near Houston, TX. This project consists of both new training and educational building facilities as well as infrastructure work.
Prolégo will assist TSTC in the procurement of a CMR contractor, provide design oversight to the A/E firm, deliver document control and pre-construction services, provide administrative and field-based services during the construction phase, and assist in the project close-out.
